  • Email open status — whether a tracked email has been opened.
  • Time of email open, and whether the open came from a genuine human or a bot/scanner.

We do not read, store, or access the content of your emails. We do not track information about your device or location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide our email tracking service. This includes:

  • Notifying you in real time when your emails are opened by a genuine human recipient.
  • Filtering out opens generated by Apple Mail Privacy Protection robots and security scanners, so your open counts reflect real reads.
  • Showing you open counts and a timeline of opens for your own tracked emails.

3. Data Protection

We keep each user's data segregated and secure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
